It's GEW again, stepping in for T30SB while she is chillaxing in Zihuatanejo. I just spent a little while drafting a post about Girls' Night Out, and then I remembered that T30SB already wrote about Girls' Night Out. Duh.
So, instead, I'll share a few details about Saturday, otherwise known as T30SB's Wedding Eve.
We began the day with a trip to J. Bangs so that Julie could blow out T30SB's hair to get it prepped and ready the the big 'do of the big day. Here is the happy T30SB, happily getting her hair done, happily wearing her T-shirt that says, "The Price is Wrong, Bitch."
After the hair prep, T30SB generously treated me, the Moh, to a pedi/mani, which was fabulous. Unfortunately, it was so fabulous that I forgot to take pictures.
Saturday afternoon was for the rehearsal. Since I had a role in the shindig, I didn't get too many pictures of that either. Plus, I don't want to post pics of people who haven't given me permission, and most of my pictures have several people in them. So I will just show you a picture of the Flower Girl who was wearing the hairtoy that T30SB made for me. I just happened to put it in her hair since she was wearing a black dress. It looked so cute atop her head:
The rehearsal was lovely and sweet, and my aunt, the Mother-of-the-Bride, got a little weepy just from observing the practice run. I guess she was rehearsing the crying. Not a bad idea, since it reminded us how much tissue we would need for the Big Day.
Wedding Eve continued with the Rehearsal Gathering, but more about that later. Right now, it's time for my nightly dose of relaxation with port and chocolate. Cheers!
